Honduras Fuerza La Labor is grown at an altitude of 1470 MSN by a number of small farmers in the town of La Labor. This coffee is not your typical microlot the families, usually 5-7, produce a rotating blend. Due to the fact the coffee is community driven the terroir of the area is highlighted, the community spirit and quality of the Honduras is emphasised by its name, ‘ Fuerza La Labor ‘, which loosely translates as ‘ Power to the People ‘. This is a washed coffee harvested between December and March, processed and exported by Cocafelol. The Cocafelol cooperative is among the most famous in Honduras their expertise ensures a consistent cup profile.
